Novakorp Systems changes name to HAKI France

Novakorp Systems completes its transition within the Swedish company HAKI and officially becomes HAKI France. This change is supported by a new visual identity through the launch of a new website.

Novakorp Systems was acquired in July 2022 by HAKI Safety (formerly Midway Holding AB). Today, the company completes its merger with HAKI, which specialises in creating safe working conditions in temporary workplaces. As HAKI France, the company pushes the boundaries and strengthens the group's presence in Europe, especially in French-speaking countries.

This official change completes the implementation of many synergies between HAKI's different parts and is marked by the launch of a new website: fr.haki.com. This website brings together all the complementary ranges of the two companies and reflects the ongoing collaboration by offering new services.

I am fully aware of the hard work and dedication that was required to make the name change possible. Therefore, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone involved in the process. We can continue to strengthen our position in France and other French-speaking parts of Europe. In addition, I hope that it will be easier to achieve sales synergies with other parts of HAKI. By working together, we can develop a stronger presence in large parts of Europe, says Thomas Schüller, Chief Commercial Officer at HAKI Safety.

It's D-day, a new leaf is turned for Novakorp. It is a new adventure that, supported by the strength of an international group with unlimited means of production and innovation, begins. [...] Thanks to this integration, we will expand our product and service offering by, among other things, launching our rental business, says Thomas Garcia, CEO at Novakorp Systems.
