Frame Scaffold

The HAKI Frame scaffold is well suited for simple facade work such as painting on buildings with simple facade surfaces and straight angles. It is a narrow scaffold with a 700 mm bay width suitable for relatively light and non-bulky materials. The scaffold can be built with bay lengths of 1655, 1964, 2500 and 3050, and 2 metres between bays. It can easily be extended in length and height.

HAKI Frame has a few basic components that can be quickly and easily extended to create simple solutions and has a complete range of brackets and access routes to adapt the scaffolding to different types of jobs. Internal accesses between lifts can be created with easy-to-assemble aluminium ladders combined with decking units with a hatch, while external stairs enable free passage on the working platforms.

HAKI FRAME

Our core components

The system has strong steel and aluminium components for high solidity. The main components consist of base jacks, prefabricated vertical frames, lightweight and stackable decking units with an aluminium frame and fibreglass board, and sturdy guardrail frames with spring locking catch that do not require diagonal bracing. The sections are easily connected without the need for any tools. Just put the decking unit in the frame and hook on the guardrail, and the scaffolding is ready for use.

Safety first

Every detail of the scaffolding is designed for maximum safety at height.

The decking units are fixed in safe positions and are non-slip. The frames have no protruding parts to catch on or interfere with the work, and frames with integrated toe boards add extra safety and suppleness.

The HAKI Frame is a robust scaffold that can withstand widespread loads of 200 kg/m² yet weighs relatively little and is easy to transport, assemble and disassemble.
